Transformation Guidelines

Everything you need to know before we begin. Read it. Own it. Live it.

Client Commitment

  • Be honest about your health conditions, injuries, and goals; transparency is the most important thing.
  • Stay consistent with workouts, nutrition, and weekly check-ins.
  • You won't see a noticeable difference in your physique if you don't follow the plan for at least three weeks.
  • Please don't enroll if you're looking for easy outcomes without putting the plan fully into action.
  • Show respect in communication, be punctual for sessions, and avoid sharing my training materials without permission.

Trainer Commitment

  • You'll receive personalized workout and nutrition plans based on your unique needs and goals.
  • I'll respond to messages within 24-48 hours (or sooner for urgent issues).
  • All workouts and guidance will be safe and science-based, with proper warm-ups and cool-downs.
  • Your personal information and progress will remain confidential.

Health and Safety

  • Get medical clearance before starting if you have any existing conditions or prior injuries.
  • Focus on proper form, warm-up, and cool-down in every session.
  • I'm not liable for injuries caused by ignoring instructions or training in an unsafe environment.

Payments and Policies

  • Payment is usually due upfront for the full plan (monthly or per program).
  • Late payments may pause your access to plans and check-ins until cleared.
  • Cancellations and refunds follow the agreed-upon policy (e.g., full refund within the first 7 days, etc.).

Online Etiquette

  • Keep communication respectful during sessions and in any group chats or communities.
  • No hate speech, spam, or self-promotion in shared spaces.
  • Maintain a supportive, team-oriented tone.

Progress and Accountability

  • Share regular progress updates (photos, measurements, or logs).
  • Send daily images and pictures of your training and diet so I can track your form, portions, and consistency.
  • Attend scheduled check-ins for progress reviews and plan adjustments.
  • Emphasize patience and consistency over quick fixes.

Confidentiality and Content Use

  • Client progress photos or testimonials will only be shared with your explicit consent.
  • All training materials, videos, and plans remain my intellectual property and should not be shared or reposted.

Discount and Referral Policy

  • Discounts on your next plan are only available if you refer new clients who actually enroll.
  • If two people from the same family enroll together, a discount of ₹5,000 will be provided on their enrollment.

Communication and Conflict Resolution

  • If you have any doubts or concerns, please contact me directly via email or message for a one-on-one discussion to resolve the issue.
  • Avoid raising personal or sensitive issues during team meetings or group sessions.

Program Compliance and Removal

  • If clients do not follow the agreed guidelines (including honesty, consistency, diet adherence, and communication rules), they may be removed from the program without prior notice.
  • Rejoining or continuation will only be considered if genuine documentation (such as medical reports or valid reasons) is submitted and the client agrees again to the full terms.
